The aim of the development was to build state-of-the-art and comfortable apartments in the heart of Budapest city. Helena House, which contains 53 apartments, was designed by, Ybl Prize winning, Bence Vadász. The apartments range from 40 to 90 square metres in size and occupy 5,600 square metres of space. In addition to the 24-hour security service, a two-level car park, as well as a sauna and Jacuzzi are also available to the residents. The building is located in District VI., in Káldy Gyula Street, amidst recently reconstructed buildings and hotels, only a few minutes’ walk from the elegant Andrássy Avenue and Deák Square. The inner courtyard of the building is a picturesque garden, where residents can enjoy peace and quiet in the heart of a buzzing city. Furthermore, according to local government plans, the street is soon to be transformed into a pedestrian area.
